Every channel you sell on
should agree
on one number

We implement Odoo for ecommerce and retail operators running more channels — and more complex products — than their systems can keep straight. Fixed-scope blueprint before any build, and you work directly with the engineer doing it.

Most implementations run $15,000–$60,000. Smaller fixed-scope builds from $5,000.

WHO THIS IS FOR

You’ll recognise yourself here

You sell on more channels than you can reconcile

Your own store, marketplaces, wholesale accounts. Each one holds its own version of stock, and by Friday none of them match.

Shipping is a real cost, not a flat rate

Bulky items, freight carriers, multiple delivery options. Every quote currently involves a person, a spreadsheet and an email.

Your products aren’t picked off a shelf

Configurable kits, components, made-to-order builds. Stock isn’t a simple count when the thing you sell is assembled from six other things.

Usually $2M–$10M in revenue, no in-house IT team, and a stack that has stopped scaling.

OUR EXPERTISE

Seamlessly connect online store to Odoo for real-time inventory and pricing sync.

Automate fulfillment: Odoo integrates carriers and 3PLs for fast, error-free shipping.

Deploy POS systems customized for local tax rules and unified accounting control.

OUR APPROACH

Designed for Growing eCommerce Teams

ERP implementations fail when they prioritize software over operations.

We take a different approach. We focus first on understanding how your ecommerce business runs today — and how it needs to run as you scale.

Our team designs ERP workflows around your inventory, finance, and fulfillment realities, then implements them in carefully managed phases. This gives growing ecommerce teams the control and visibility they need without disrupting day-to-day operations.

You work directly with the senior engineers doing the build. No account managers, no offshore handoff.

I was fully prepared for a week of pure chaos, but it was actually the smoothest launch I’ve ever been part of. It was such a relief to see it all just click instead of the struggle I was expecting.

HONEST SCOPE

When we’ll tell you not to hire us

  • You’re single-channel and under about $1M. A good inventory app will serve you better at a fraction of the cost.
  • Your complexity is financial rather than operational — multiple legal entities, consolidated reporting, revenue recognition. That’s a NetSuite conversation, and we’ll say so.
  • You need it live in three weeks. Nothing worth having is ready in three weeks.
  • Nobody on your team can own the system after launch. An ERP without an internal owner degrades within a year.

If that’s you, we’ll tell you on the call — not three weeks into a scoping engagement.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

Five years of untangling other people’s operations

Most ERP projects are sold by people who will never touch the system. That isn’t how this works. You talk to the person who writes the code, from the first call through to the week after go-live.

Five years of solving operational problems across ecommerce, retail and manufacturing — the kind that don’t show up in a feature comparison. Stock that disagrees across channels. Freight that has to be quoted by a human. Configurable products no off-the-shelf catalogue can model. Trade and retail pricing running on three plugins that were never designed to meet.

The pattern is consistent: the software is rarely the hard part. Understanding how a business actually runs — before deciding what the system should enforce — is. We map the operation first and build second, which is why our projects tend to land quieter than clients expect.

Built and shipped: multi-carrier freight engines, custom product configurators, marketplace and storefront sync, automated product feeds, and full WooCommerce-to-Odoo migrations.
